Idaho stood as a state where Ted Cruz had a good chance to win tonight, and so far, he is showing that he can. It is early yet and only 10% of the vote is in but so far, Ted Cruz shows the way:

That 23.6% number for Rubio is critical. He needs to be over that 20% mark in order to get any delegates.

If Cruz wins this race it is important. Why? Because this is another state that has a closed primary where only registered Republicans can vote. Trump hasn’t done well in closed contests, losing 3 out 4.
