He is beginning to make his closing argument in South Carolina.I did not see last night’s debate, but the prevailing sentiment seems to be that he did a remarkably good job last night. It is close and, should Rick Perry stay in, Perry could legitimately be blamed for keeping Gingrich from beating Romney given the state of the polls.But even with Perry in the race, Gingrich has done his best to come on strong at the end.
