After a trifecta of wins in the last two weeks which include the unsealing of Flynn exculpatory evidence, the dismissal of the case against Gen. Flynn, and the release of House Intelligence Committee transcripts proving Trump/Russian collusion was nonexistent, a new narrative is forming. This time, it’s coming from the right and maybe even from the honest few on the left.

It’s becoming more and more credible that President Obama was not only aware of the coup against candidate, then President, Donald Trump, he was in on it.

If rumors are correct, a “bombshell” revelation is coming this week which will definitively tie Obama to the most massive fraud in political history.

The intrepid Ms. Sidney Powell, Gen. Flynn’s lead attorney, whose dogged determination won her client’s freedom last week, believes this goes right to the top. Powell joined Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday morning. Below is a partial transcript of their conversation via Real Clear Politics.

BARTIROMO: So, fast forward to January. Fast forward to January 2017, Sidney, because, this morning, President Obama is out trashing this exoneration.

He’s basically saying that the rule of law is being lost and that there’s no precedent for all of this. So, we go to January 2017 and February 2017. The morning of January 4, the FBI drafts a document to close the Flynn probe, Crossfire Razor.

They wanted to close it. They had nothing, so they want to close it. So the next day, on January — later that afternoon, Peter Strzok texts, don’t close the Razor yet. And the seventh floor is involved.

And then there’s a meeting in President Obama’s Oval Office. Talk to us about that, Sidney, because Sally Yates was there, Jim Comey was there, John Brennan was there, James Clapper was there briefing President Obama in the Oval Office on the Russia probe. Joe Biden and Susan Rice were there as well. This was January 5, 2017. Walk us through it.

POWELL: Exactly.

Well, the day before, Comey had found and McCabe had found the transcripts of Flynn’s call with Kislyak. And he briefed Clapper on it immediately. Clapper then immediately went and briefed President Obama on it.

Then they have the Oval Office meeting on the 5th. Comey admits in his testimony that the FBI are the people that unmasked General Flynn, our people, whatever that means. And at the meeting on the 5th, Sally Yates was stunned because Obama mentions to her out of the blue about the call and the transcript of the call.

She knew nothing about it, because Comey hadn’t briefed DOJ.

BARTIROMO: Of — of Kislyak.

POWELL: Yes. Yes. So, then they dispatch Comey the very next morning to brief President Trump only on the salacious aspects of the dossier on January 6 to set the news hook for BuzzFeed and CNN to run with the dossier they knew was a lie.

Then Peter Strzok is watching a CNN report on that and texts about he and Priestap sitting there watching it and using it as a pretext to go interview some people. So the whole thing was orchestrated and set up within the FBI, Clapper, Brennan, and in the Oval Office meeting that day with President Obama.

BARTIROMO: So, you think this goes all the way up to the top, to President Obama?

POWELL: Absolutely.

BARTIROMO: Who is going to be charged?

POWELL: I have no idea. That’s up to John Durham and Attorney General Barr.

Powell is not alone.

Upon hearing the news that the Flynn case had been dismissed last week, President Trump told reporters, “I felt it was going to happen just by watching and seeing, like everybody else does. He was an innocent man. He is a great gentleman. He was targeted by the Obama administration and he was targeted in order to try and take down a president.”

And he went further saying, “What they’ve done is a disgrace and I hope a big price is going to be paid. A big price should be paid. There’s never been anything like this in the history of our country. What they did, what the Obama administration did, is unprecedented. It’s never happened. Never happened. A thing like this has never happened.”

On Sunday night, The National Review’s Andy McCarthy, a former assistant U.S. Attorney, joined Steve Hilton on Fox News’ “The Next Revolution.” He pairs the Obama Administration with the FBI and assesses “their” motives in a way that makes one believe he takes Obama’s involvement for granted.

McCarthy said, “I think the best way to look at this is what the FBI and the Obama Administration wanted to do here was really audacious if you think about it in terms of the idea of trying to continue an investigation after a new president has come into power and is in a position to shut down the investigation — when the president ultimately is the target of the investigation.”

Another signal that Obama is feeling the heat was the “leak” of comments he made on a private call with members of the Obama Alumni Association. His sudden concern for “the rule of law” and his obvious need for people to hear it comes at a time when investigators seem to be zeroing in on their target. Suddenly, the former President is no longer above scrutiny. Here’s what he had to say:

The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn. And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.

An abrupt takedown of these remarks by George Washington Law School Professor Jonathan Turley, who is a Democrat, by the way, ensued. My colleague, Nick Arama, posted on Turley’s sharp rebuttal here.

On Friday night, Tom Fitton, the president and founder of Judicial Watch, told Fox News’ Lou Dobbs, “Obama knew, Biden knew.” Fitton accused Obama of tasking “his minion,” former FBI Director James Comey, with “targeting Flynn so as to sew discord within the White House.”

Then you had the dossier that also, his minion Comey ambushed then-President-elect Trump with the next day, not to brief him, not to provide a defense of the briefing, but according to Comey’s own admissions to the IG, was to find out how he would react. And what did Comey do after that meeting?

He ran down to his car, started typing his little memo about what allegedly transpired and then ran to the FBI headquarters and had a secure video teleconference with the Crossfire Hurricane team, Strzok, and company. Obama knew, Biden knew, Yates was there, Brennan was there, Susan Rice was there. The fact that Durham or frankly anyone hasn’t questioned any of these people substantially about what went on there, to me, is a miscarriage of justice thus far.

This will now become an additional issue for the presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden, to contend with. He was present for all of these meetings. Yes, I know what the polls say, but Biden is a weak candidate. I’ll end with Townhall’s Kurt Schlichter’s hilarious description of the former Vice President’s unfitness for office.

Plus, we have a secret weapon: a senile and weird one who lives in a basement in Delaware. Gropey Joe’s popularity depends entirely on his invisibility. The second people start paying attention they are going to notice that compared to him. Mr. Magoo is an incisive and sharp-witted achiever at the top of his game. Oh, and Magoo’s kid isn’t doing billion-dollar deals with the Chinese reds between snorting rails and impregnating pole-dancers. Plus, when Magoo dated Tara Reade he was a perfect gentleman instead of a creepy perv.

Biden is a mess, a freakish, deteriorating mess of garbled thoughts and bizarre verbal tangents, and he can only lurk in the dark making hostage videos for so long. The Dems will absolutely cancel their convention to keep him off stage. That’s a done deal. They’ll say it’s about safety. And they will not let him debate Trump. No way, no how. That would be a slaughter, a hilarious, cringey slaughter. Their excuse will be that to do so would “normalize” Trump, but however they do it, there’s not going to be a Trump-Gropey J cage match.
