President Trump, not wanting to be a poor host, on a truly significant day for these outstanding young men, took matters into his own hands and did so in true Trumpian fashion. Rather than not serving anything, the President brought in good old American fast food, from Burger King, McDonalds and others, while commenting to the crowd, “Would you rather have this or a salad?” Word has it that there wasn’t a crumb left over. After all, who would have thought red blooded American athletes would just love a meal of that evil “junk food?”

Of course, that thought leader of the Fourth Estate, the Washington Post, Just had to spin this as a negative. Not only were there snarky comments on how the food was presented to the athletes, but WAPO fact checked the President’s comments. When he jested that hamburgers were piled “a mile high,” the Post actually did the math…”FACT CHECK: At two inches each, a thousand burgers would not reach one mile high.”
