(READ: If You Want to Collapse a Civilization, Just Institute DEI Initiatives)

"Diversity, equity, and inclusion" policies are just Marxist policies at the end of the day. In this case, DEI focuses on identity politics as its focus for the equality of outcome. This means giving less qualified people things specifically because they belong to a certain identity group instead of giving what is deserved to those with talent or merit. This creates a gradual lack of quality and care as more and more people obtain positions and resources they didn't qualify for or earn. As a result, society degrades. 

But this is all being done under the banners of "justice" and "equity." The people who push DEI do so from an imaginary moral high ground and, as such, do so with a clean conscience. They're the very tyrants C.S. Lewis once wrote about: 

“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." 

They're so consumed with their belief that they're doing the right thing that they don't see how they themselves are operating off of a deep sense of bigotry, and one that allows them to willingly practice racism and sexism against others, even to the point of doing very real physical harm. 

On Monday, Bonchie covered this very thing when he reported on some findings by Ben Shapiro who noted that the DEI infection's spread to the medical community has become impossible to shrug off. It's pretty clear that, at this point, people are going to die here in America because they don't fit into the right identity group. 

This includes a woman who bragged about hurting a conservative patient during a blood draw.

This might sound small, but these kinds of problems often do. It starts with something that could be interpreted as a simple mistake and a "misunderstanding" by everyone else, but then it moves on into full-blown evil justified through "social justice." 

As Bonchie noted in his article, this political infection into professions that have no business being political is going to get people hurt or killed, and it doesn't stop at the medical field: 

The situation is unfathomable. It would be like an FAA examiner passing a pilot who purposely slammed their aircraft into the ground during a sim session to prove a political point. There are actions that should be simply disqualifying for certain certifications. You should not be a doctor if your political views lead to you hurting someone out of spite. Apparently, that's not a standard within American medicine any longer, though.

Doctors are expected to uphold a certain ethical standard but if DEI is involved, a doctor's first priority isn't to the patient but to the political ideology they hold to, which has to be leftist or else. This highlights the true nature of DEI. 

It's not here to help anyone. It prioritizes political power and control and sees humanity as a means to an end. People will die but they're just sacrifices on the altar of the Marxist endgame for those who wish to push it on the populace. 

DEI has to go. Our society, our country, and our way of life cannot coexist with it. It's not good or righteous and it doesn't help anyone, even those who implement it at the top. Innocent people are going to get hurt and that could easily include you and your friends and family. 

DEI is going to be the death of many if we don't stop it soon and that's not an exaggeration.
