Astrophysicist and all-around smart guy Carl Sagan looked into the future and saw…disappointment. He predicted that modern society would not only be ignorant but revel in their ignorance.

I pointed out one of the glaring reasons why the astronomer ended up being right after reading out his prophecy with my best Sagan impression…or Kermit the Frog. I’m still working on it.
