The socialists are pushing forward with some very heavy legislation that could upend the United States as we know it, and while Republicans are doing their best to stand in their way, the two biggest obstacles Democrats are facing are, in fact, two other Democrats.

Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema and West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin are two Democrats that refuse to sign on board with the radical legislation laid out by the increasingly radical Democrat Party, and as the left’s frustration grows with them, the admiration from everyone else in America grows as well.

This includes Texas Senator Ted Cruz who is watching these two Democrats acting as the dam holding back the insanity that is the hard-left Democrats. Speaking to Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, the hostess wanted to ask Cruz about the Biden administration attempting to distract from the massive crises going on with spending packages. Like many Americans, Bartiromo wanted to know if they could push these extreme “green” pieces of legislation through and whether or not our taxes will skyrocket as a result.

“Look, you are right. This is the Bernie Sanders budget,” Cruz responded. “Bernie Sanders is a wide-eyed and admitted socialist. He says this is the most transformational bill in a generation.”

“It is trillions in new taxes,” he continued. “It is the Green New Deal, it is — everyone who pays taxes in America will see their taxes go up under this massive proposal. Individual taxes are going up, corporate taxes are going up, small business taxes are going up, capital gains taxes are going up, the death tax is going up, seniors are getting hammered, farmers, ranchers, small businesses; it is disastrous.”

It was then that Cruz turned complimentary of Manchin and Sinema who have been facing intense pressure from Democrat leadership and refusing to cave regardless.

“Whether it passes or not will depend on 50 Democrats in the Senate,” Cruz said. “Do they get Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema to go along? I can tell you Chuck Schumer is putting a world of hurt and pressure on the two of them. I hope they stand their ground, that they have demonstrated some real courage so far, standing up to the crazies in their party.”

Cruz pointed out that a lot of this, like the vaccine mandates, was going to fail in the courts but the executive orders and various bills weren’t the points. The point was giving the press something else to talk about and distracting Americans from the myriad of failures the Biden administration continues to heap upon itself. Moreover, Biden wants big businesses to enact these kinds of measures by themselves through public pressure.

“The vaccine mandate is going to be struck down in court,” said Cruz. “They know that, but the president is defying the law because he wanted the press to start defending him and stop talking about the disasters in Afghanistan. And he’s counting on a bunch of big businesses, in particular, forcing their employees to comply before the matter is ever adjudicated. And before the order is struck down.”

The Democrat party has been largely radicalized, but there are those out there that haven’t fallen into the radicalization efforts by the press and activists. As Cruz demonstrated, it’s a solid move to recognize and compliment these Democrats when they do the right thing so that they know they can find support from the rest of America when their party has turned on them.
