There was a spate of some deeply incisive and revelatory reporting seen from the New York Times and CNN. They dug into the past of newly minted Democrat Party figure Darializa Chevalier, and came up with some darkly revealing specifics. The issue: the timing of it all.
We also looked at the fresh story about National Public Radio coming out with a report on a serious retirement announcement at the Supreme Court. And just as quickly, that story disappeared, as it turned out to be a case of some seriously bad reporting and editing. This is a bad look for NPR.
Also looked at is the recent behavior seen from MS NOW figurehead Nicolle Wallace. The seasoned pundit at the network has been delivering some easily debunked and humorously lazy commentary of late. And, since this is the national press we are discussing after all, MORE algae-related work has been delivered. This time it is the Washington Post with a pair of deeply curious columns on the deeply serious issue; one states that our democracy could be imperiled, and one makes a not-at-all surprising claim that — accidentally — manages to clear the president of responsibility.
Now, crack one open and savor some outmoded media malpractice and misinformation.

Now that the election is over, The New York Times finds the time to report on troubling Daraliza Chevalier news.
CNN also digs up some disturbing Chevalier details far too late.
NPR’s Nina Totenberg erroneously reported that Justice Samuel Alito was retiring. The outlet immediately retracted the story when it was realized it had been published in error.

The explanation for the mistake was that Totenberg misheard an announcement and called it in, and the editors had published — and broadcast on the air — a pre-written article.
Nicolle Wallace is lapsing into tired tropes and easily disproven commentary.
At the Washington Post, it is said developments at the Reflecting Pool are becoming a threat to our democracy?!
Also at the WaPo, President Trump might be exonerated for blame, since the algae problem has been blamed on climate change.
