It is becoming a deeply disturbing trend in the publishing industry that censorship has become the norm. Blocking writers and refusing works has been bad enough, but they are actively going back through the classics and altering content. There is even a more disturbing Orwellian angle to it all.
Then I look at instances where the press is playing the game of hiding specific stories. This is either through eliminating political party examples, burying uncomfortable stories, or outright refusing to cover particular items. It is hardly a new practice but this is important to have pointed out in all instances. There is also a charming dose of climate hypocrisy from CNN, and details of a censorship bill in Florida, oddly being pushed by a Republican.
Now crack one open and savor some mainstream media malpractice and malarky.
