First off, we are only on the second day of Donald Trump's Presidency - Part 2, and President Trump has done more for this country (and made more people angry) than any other president so far.
Already, he removed the security clearance of the 51 people who signed the letter characterizing the Hunter Biden Laptop as "Russian Disinformation."
Trump Rips Security Clearances From the 51 Spies Who Lied, Then He Hit Them With Another Bombshell
He pardoned the J6 prisoners, resulting in their release — although some are being held over by judges or prison officials improperly. This could be considered unlawful imprisonment, and the J6ers could sue the government for civil rights violations.
I'm just now getting up to speed on the problems at DOC in the District.

This is UNBELIEVABLE.
These defendants now have a civil rights suit against DC.
The pardon's were dated yesterday - 1/20. Any lawful authority to keep a defendant in custody ended at 11:59 pm.
Beyond…
Trump has renamed the Gulf of Mexico the "Gulf of America." That might be viewed as a subtle dig at President Biden's ban on offshore drilling.
President Trump temporarily placed a freeze on hiring people at the federal level. He also told the ones who are working at the federal level that they have to work on-site. They can't be like the city of Houston election coordinator Ann Harris Bennett, who decided not to show up to work for four years and still collect a paycheck.
Trump is trying to streamline the government like Javier Milei has done in Argentina. The only ones who are standing in the way are Democrats, who apparently don't want innovation and progress in the government. Right now, they want to get rid of the Department of Government Efficiency, aka DOGE. They say that it is an overreach of power, yet they didn't say anything about Obama's use of "czars" to implement costly measures, though he employed 38 of them. Yet DOGE will be led by one man, Elon Musk, with help from Senate and House DOGE committees.
And So It Begins: First Lawsuits Filed Against Trump Agenda
Elon is already getting hate because people assume he was throwing the Nazi salute at Trump's inauguration parade on Monday — which he clearly wasn't. So most haters choose to see Elon giving his heart out to people as support for Nazi extremism. Plus — they're picking on someone with a disability in the process.
Then, we have the crisis of the wildfires in Southern California and the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. We have federal and state-level Democrats hampering people from getting help to these communities. FEMA is finally allowing people in North Carolina to stay in hotels until Memorial Day so they don't have to sleep in tents, especially during the cold blast happening in North Carolina.
🚨#BREAKING: FEMA has announced it will extend its housing assistance to #WNC victims of Hurricane Helene through MEMORIAL DAY!

FEMA also confirms it will give at LEAST a 21-day notice to those who are no longer eligible for FEMA housing assistance.
THE TRUMP EFFECT IS HERE!!!! pic.twitter.com/Tq4bdnAUYq
In California, as RedState's Managing Editor Jen Van Laar has been highlighting, there was an empty water reservoir that could have been used to fight the fires. Also, the federal and state governments were diverting water to protect the Delta Smelt, a small fish that virtually no one noticed, which, in turn, has caused farmers to sell their land because of the lack of water — and ultimately left firefighters with insufficient water to put out the fires.
Even though 87 percent of the fires have now been contained, red tape and not clearing brush have led — at least in part — to this disaster.
Now, Trump plans to visit the disaster area Friday, and will make sure California receives the water it needs to fight fires and restore water to farmers who need it for their crops and animals.
That's a pretty successful first few days.
