30 Minutes Late, Biden Shows Up to APEC Meeting and Malfunctions Multiple Times

After Biden's creepy and shameful interaction with Mexico's president, it was time for a break before heading to the actual APEC meeting scheduled for the day. That break went a little too long, though, as world leaders were left twiddling their thumbs for half an hour, wondering when things would kick off.

When he finally did show up, he did his patented job to show that he was really full of vigor and not at all physically deteriorating before our very eyes.

I've got my suspicions on why Biden was late to an event presidents are normally never late for, and I don't think it had anything to do with some pressing presidential business popping up. I'm not saying his staffers were busy pumping him full of uppers, but I'm not saying they weren't either.

Having him try to read notes at a meeting is like trying to have my dog do long division. It just doesn't work. Also, what's in his mouth? He seems to be sucking on something throughout that clip as he stumbles over his words.

Perhaps he's got a cold?

Biden wiping his nose and coughing in public has been a running theme for months. Is it just allergies or is there something else going on that's prolonging his issues? We'll never know because his medical records might as well be at Fort Knox. Certainly, he doesn't present a picture of health, neither physically nor mentally.

The president did bring jokes, though. Watch this and try not to cringe.

You have to love the "all kidding aside" line after absolutely no one in the room laughs. I'd guess they didn't do so because nothing he said was funny. Forcing more women into positions of power than men to feed some identity politics narrative isn't hilarious. It's just dumb and self-defeating. How do I know? Because Karine Jean-Pierre has a job in the White House, proving that merit had absolutely nothing to do with who was hired.

Alright, bonus round time. Whoever can tell me what in the world is happening in this next clip gets a pat on the back.

The contrast there is unmistakable. The Peruvian president next to Biden is not young. She's 61, but sitting next to the U.S. president, she looks like she's three generations behind him. This stuff matters, and the fact that China's Xi Jinping just got done walking all over Biden and Gavin Newsom is proof of that. Being weak begets aggression, and when a nation's president looks like he should be sitting on a bench feeding the birds, it's inevitable.
