Sometimes it’s fun to think back on how quaint much of the Trump administration was. Major media outlets actually called for the former president to be removed from office via the 25th Amendment because he walked down a ramp slowly and held a cup of water with two hands.

At the time, it was silly enough given that Trump has always been and continues to be a rather energetic figure. In light of Joe Biden’s presidential term, those headlines look like absolute lunacy.

Biden is not well, a fact that has been thoroughly documented here at RedState. One day, the president’s memory fails him as he forgets who Barack Obama is. The next day, he’s stumbling around, needing his wife to show him how to put on a jacket. And more often than not, you have multiple instances across the spectrum of senile behavior taking place on the same day.

On Monday, following the explosive FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Florida home, Biden appeared with other Democrat leaders in front of the White House. As Chuck Schumer went down the line shaking hands, the president did this.

All it takes is like 5 seconds for Joe Biden to forget he shook Chuck Schumer’s hand.

Has anyone tried unplugging him and plugging him back in?

If you can’t watch the video, what you see is Schumer going left to right (from the viewer’s perspective) shaking each person’s hand. As he reaches the end of the line, you see Biden stick his hand back out toward Schumer, who continues to the podium, leaving the president hanging. Within just a few seconds, Biden forgot that he had just shook Schumer’s hand, standing there awkwardly with his hand outstretched before he tries to play it off by touching his mouth, another gross habit he has.

And while I’m sure the “fact-checkers” will pull the “he was just pointing with his whole hand” excuse like they did the last time something like this happened, we all have eyes. The president appeared to have no idea that he had shaken Schumer’s hand just seconds earlier, and there would have been no reason for him to be pointing at anyone with an outstretched, full hand at that point. The dude is just senile.

He also appeared to be physically ill, once again coughing uncontrollably during a public appearance.

All this says something about the administration, doesn’t it? With this FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago leading the news, the question immediately became whether Biden was involved. But you know what? I don’t think he is. I don’t think this man knows where he is most of the time, much less is he running a deep state conspiracy to take out Donald Trump. Instead, it’s the shadowy figures in the administration, from Christopher Wray to Merrick Garland to Ron Klain, that are pulling the strings.
