Earlier today, I wrote on a report that Richard Grennell has a “trove of documents” which further show corruption involved in the Michael Flynn case and beyond. Perhaps we have an answer as to what some of them are?

Grennell has apparently declassified (or had someone declassify) the names of the Obama officials who unmasked hundreds of people during the transition period after the 2016 election. Some of the unmaskings centered around the Michael Flynn case.

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has declassified a list of former Obama administration officials who were allegedly involved in the so-called “unmasking” of former national security adviser Michael Flynn in his conversations with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition, a senior U.S. official tells ABC News.

Grenell, who remains the U.S. ambassador to Germany along with being the acting DNI, visited the Justice Department last week and brought the list with him, according to the official.

ABC is trying to play all these revelations off as Trump officials acting corruptly, but that’s nonsense. You can almost feel the flop sweat building in every word written.

Barr has said that new information revealed in recent weeks about the conduct of FBI officials involved in the interview of Flynn showed that their investigation was not “legitimate.”

“They did not have a basis for a counterintelligence investigation against Flynn at that stage, based on a perfectly legitimate and appropriate call he made as a member of the transition,” Barr said in an interview with CBS last week.

Critics, including nearly 2,000 former DOJ officials, have argued the move was part of a pattern of Barr looking to undermine an investigation that was politically damaging for President Donald Trump. The officials called for Barr to resign over his intervention in the case.

Those 2,000 former DOJ officials are the same ones that have attached their names to numerous letters directed at the Trump administration. They are not representative of anything. Further, they make up a tiny fraction of the former DOJ workforce and therefore carry no weight at all.

But it shows that people are getting nervous. Obama officials, and Obama himself, have lashed out in recent days at the DOJ’s uncovering of their malfeasance, ironically claiming that exposing them is somehow a threat to the rule of law.

We all know exactly what went on here and it’s bigger than Watergate could have ever dreamed of being. The former administration spied on their political rivals and then tried to setup a series of events that would take down a president. Let it burn as far as I’m concerned. Declassify everything and expose everyone.
