The rioting in downtown Charlotte, NC continues tonight after midnight. In the latest shocking moment, the rioters entered highway 277 (the loop around downtown) and began blocking traffic, surrounding cars, and even climbing onto some of them. See below.

Needless to say, if you are in the Charlotte area tonight, be careful, and avoid downtown by at least two miles.
