In what can only be described as a brief but fleeting boost of confidence for the Presdital campaign of #FauxIndian Elizabeth Warren…She bounced to second in a national poll. Maybe there is just a tad bit of hope here that can be shown with these new numbers.
Let’s take a look.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) won Saturday’s Nevada caucuses decisively, after winning the New Hampshire primary and essentially tying former Mayor Pete Buttigieg for first in Iowa. So Sanders is the Democratic frontrunner, and he also leads nationally in a new CBS News/YouGov poll released Sunday, drawing the support of 28 percent of Democratic primary voters. But Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) jumped to second place in the poll, at 19 percent followed by former Vice President Joe Biden (17 percent), former Mayor Mike Bloomberg (13 percent), and Buttigieg (10 percent).
She jumped to second place with 19% but later in the article, it shows that only 50% of Democrats found her debate performance impressive? The other 50% DIDNT find her de scalping of Bloomberg nifty?
Sorry sister but your ship has sailed and Bernie and his bros hijacked it from you.
Elizabeth Warren is about as likable as the Coronavirus on a cruise ship in China, yet she had a spectacular performance in Las Vegas last Wednesday. That she only cracked 50% of people liking it and by extension, her, just means that she is politically the walking dead. Her unlikability has put an anchor around her that kept a fabulous performance at the last debate from allowing her to rise any higher.
I don’t see how Warren can top her previous performance tomorrow night and with Biden, Buttigieg, and Klobuchar all looking to score some big blows also in the last Debate before Saturday. The only one that people will be watching for sure will be Bloomberg to see if his homework assignment of the last couple days of learning how to respond has taken hold in his brain.
Politics can be a cruel game and after one of the most amazing beatdowns ever witnessed live in a debate Liz Warren could only manage to get to 19% of people polled to think she is swell.
Maybe it is all that shape-shifting she has been doing her whole adult life. We never got to know the real Elizabeth Warren and it seems that most people wouldn’t want too anyway.
