As RedState reported, despite House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) grandstanding in setting a speech record in the House of Representatives on Thursday, the "One Big, Beautiful Bill" (OBBB) President Donald Trump wanted on his desk by Independence Day is on its way, netting Trump his most significant legislative victory of this term so far.
But Jeffries' and the Democrats' failure to stop the OBBB is not the only big problem on the party's plate. The specter of Zohran Mamdani, the apparent victor in the Democrat mayoral primary in New York City, still looms large for Democrats, with the New York contingent in particular being pressed on where they stand on the anti-American Democrat Socialist.
Democrats are said to be in full-blown panic mode over the pro-Hamas Mamdani, with some feeling they are in a no-win situation no matter where they fall on the issue of endorsing such a polarizing and divisive figure.

Jeffries, along with Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Gov. Kathy Hochul, have been the three New York Dems most asked about where they stand on Mamdani after refusing to endorse anyone in the primary race.
While all have talked about having to have "conversations" with Mamdani to gauge where he is on the Big Apple's Jewish community, they've fallen short of backing him as the meetings (presumably) get added to their schedules.
But as he has done many times before, Trump recently put the bait out there on Mamdani, with the likely intent to see if any of these holdout Democrats would take it:
As President of the United States, I’m not going to let this Communist Lunatic destroy New York. Rest assured, I hold all the levers, and have all the cards. I’ll save New York City, and make it “Hot” and “Great” again, just like I did with the Good Ol’ USA!
Like clockwork, Jeffries bit, posting this about two hours later:
Stop lying about Assemblyman Mamdani.

He is neither a communist nor a lunatic. And New York City doesn’t need to be saved by a wannabe King.
Besides, you are too busy destroying America with your One Big Ugly Bill to do anything else. pic.twitter.com/CktSeZvpVV
For the record, Hochul, too, also rushed to defend Mamdani:
“I don’t care if you’re the President of the United States, if you threaten to unlawfully go after one of our neighbors, you’re picking a fight with 20 million New Yorkers — starting with me,” Hochul wrote in a post on X Tuesday, alongside a video of Trump implying Mamdani could be in the country illegally.
It was just too easy, other X users observed:
Trump brilliantly gets the Democratic Party leadership to rally around Mamdani and embrace him as the emerging face of their party. Brilliantly done by Trump and the Democrats fell for it hook, line, and sinker. https://t.co/Chgtz2JTtl

Taking bets on how long it will take before Jeffries, Schumer, and Hochul fold and endorse Mamdani just to spite Trump. My guess is mid-August at the earliest.
Editor's Note: President Trump is leading America into the "Golden Age" as Democrats and the corporate media try desperately to stop it.
