President Trump has overturned Joe Biden's (or whoever was using him as a sockpuppet at the time) decision to stop deliveries of 2,000-lb Mark 84 bombs to Israel. The announcement came in very Trumpian fashion via a post on his Truth Social social media platform.

A lot of things that were ordered and paid for by Israel, but have not been sent by Biden, are on their way!

Joe Biden stopped delivery of the Mark 84 bombs in May to protest Israel's campaign to eradicate Hamas. There may have been some humanitarian reason, but the overwhelming reason was electoral politics. Joe Biden and Kamala depended on the fringe left to raise money and turn out votes. Their base was rife with anti-Semites and people who hate Israel and sympathize with Hamas (sadly, they are a lot like online far right), and the quickest way to lose them was by helping Israel bring the war to a successful conclusion.

The decision is not a surprise. In an interview shortly before Trump was inaugurated, the outgoing US ambassador to Israel said, "We believe that Trump is going to release, at the beginning of his term, the munitions that haven't been released until now by the Biden administration."
