It just never fails that when it comes to standing with the American people over criminals, violent illegal immigrants, and murderous dictators, Democrats will choose the wrong side nearly every time. This is something we saw play out, for instance, after former Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro was taken into custody by the United States on Saturday.
The disingenuous hyperventilating from The Usual Suspects on the left was something to behold, especially considering what they'd previously said about the illegitimate "leader" of the South American country.
We've also, of course, seen this over the last several months in cities where ICE sweeps have taken place, with Democrats going so far as to travel to some of the countries criminal illegals have been deported to in order to try and get them back.

Amid the Trump administration's surge of resources to Minnesota over new and, in some cases, resurfaced reports of widespread fraud allegedly being perpetrated by members of the Somali community, Democrats in the state, including failed Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, vowed to stand with communities impacted by stepped-up ICE immigration enforcement operations.
As we previously reported, Frey went so far as to force himself to eat Somali food he clearly didn't enjoy in an embarrassing show of solidarity:
LMAO! 🤣

But while Frey and other Democrats in the state have been busy prostrating before the Somali community, DHS has been taking action to protect all residents, announcing a pretty important "get" on Tuesday:
MURDERERS HAVE NO HOME IN MINNEAPOLIS.@Sec_Noem and our brave DHS law enforcement have taken Tomas Espin Tapia off the streets, an Ecuadorian illegal alien convicted of robbery and WANTED for MURDER and SEXUAL ASSAULT.

"To the criminals living among us, you are NOT our neighbors. Leave now or we will find you," they also advised in the tweet.

DHS Sec. Kristi Noem also weighed in:
Another murderer and sexual predator off of Minneapolis’s streets thanks to @ICEgov.

Just arrested this criminal illegal alien from Ecuador who has an active warrant for murder and sexual assault in Ecuador.
He was convicted of robbery and extortion in Ecuador. pic.twitter.com/2CB7vmknhE
If the Jacob Freys and Tim Walzes of Minnesota had had their way, this criminal illegal would still be free and roaming city streets to harm someone else while Frey got busy fine-tuning his Somali independence day speech and Walz made more cracks about wishing rumors about President Trump's death were true.
Fortunately, Tapia is off the streets now and likely soon will be on his way back to Ecuador. Not only that, but Walz has withdrawn from the gubernatorial race amid questions about what he may have known about the fraud scandals.
Frey, however, survived a mayoral challenge in November, after which he gave an acceptance speech that was partly in the Somali language, proving once again that bad deeds in politics often get rewarded, even if it means selling out the American people along the way.
Editor’s Note: Democrat politicians and their radical supporters will do everything they can to interfere with and threaten ICE agents enforcing our immigration laws.
