President Trump delivered a stark warning to Iran early Tuesday, just hours before his deadline expires for the regime to make a peace deal and open the Strait of Hormuz.
The president cautioned that the Islamic regime could face total destruction if it fails to submit to his terms. Trump is clearly not bluffing.
"A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again," he wrote on his Truth Social media platform. "I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will."
Trump added that while the situation looks grim, a full regime change could still lead to something “revolutionarily wonderful,” calling the night one of the most important moments in world history. It's certainly one of the most important in Iran's history.
"However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS?" he wondered. "We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World.
Trump added that "47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end."

Clock's Ticking: Trump Warns Iran They’ve Got 48 Hours to Open Hormuz or Face Hell Raining Down
As RedState Editor Bob Hoge previously reported, the President, who had issued various warnings to Tehran, shored up his deadline and implied that Iran must fully agree to his terms by Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET.
Trump has referred to Tuesday as "Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day," demanding that they open the Strait or they'll "be living in Hell."
Iran, though, rejected a Pakistani-brokered 45-day ceasefire, calling it "unrealistic." In fact, they demanded a permanent end to hostilities, the lifting of sanctions, and reparations, seemingly under the false assertion that they have the standing to make their own demands.
“The Iranian Foreign Ministry officially rejects the reported ‘15-point’ U.S. proposal as ‘unrealistic.’ Iran firmly refuses any negotiations conducted under the shadow of illegal sanctions, military threats, or coercion. #Diplomacy requires mutual respect, not pressure,” the Iranian government reported on X.
The Commander in Chief's latest warning of the end of civilization in the rogue nation comes as media reports have surfaced this morning that U.S. forces launched numerous strikes on Iran’s strategic Kharg Island — the country’s primary oil export hub.
Trump has repeatedly threatened to obliterate Iran’s oil infrastructure if the Strait is not fully reopened for international shipping.
'Kharg Island is a high-value card. If you destroy what's on the Island then the Iranian economy will shudder to a halt as it wont be able to export oil or very little of it.'

"U.S. hit dozens of military targets on Kharg Island overnight,” a U.S. official told Fox News.
The Daily Mail also notes that "bunkers, a radar station, and ammunition storage were hit by US airstrikes" overnight, in what marks a clear escalation as the peace deadline approaches. Other reports indicate these were military installations, not involving the oil infrastructure.
🚨 BREAKING: The US military and President Trump just hit DOZENS of KHARG ISLAND targets, while the clock keeps ticking down to the 8PM deadline

Trump decided to give them a preview 🔥

Strikes also reportedly hit several strategic railway lines in Iran, shortly after the IDF urged Iranians to avoid all trains and stay clear of railway infrastructure for 12 hours.

With the clock ticking down, concerns are growing of an even broader escalation in the Iranian war theater. Will that consist of further strikes or something more?
The deadline draws ever closer. Iran has no wiggle room here.
“The entire country can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night,” the President said during a news conference on Monday.
President Trump is showing zero tolerance for more Iranian games. After years of weakness from previous administrations, he is delivering the strong, decisive leadership America has long needed.
Iran can choose to either open the Strait and accept regime change, or it will learn the hard way that the President doesn't bluff. He means business.
RedState will keep you posted on the latest developments.
Editor's Note: For decades, former presidents have been all talk and no action. Now, Donald Trump is eliminating the threat from Iran once and for all.
