Legendary Comedian Ruth Buzzi Busts Biden Over His Sniffing Problem

Ruth Buzzi is a legendary comedian who has appeared on many shows, perhaps the most well-known of which was "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In," which aired from 1968 to 1973.

One of her most famous characters was Gladys Ormphby, who wore brown and had her hair in a bun covered with a hairnet. "Gladys" was a very unhappy person who also appeared on various "Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts" to explain why the roastee had somehow grievously failed her and didn't sufficiently appreciate all she had done for them.

Buzzi, 87, is retired and living with her husband in north Texas, but that doesn't prevent her from posting on the X platform, where she frequently posts jokes.

The joke she posted on Tuesday was pretty funny and she went there with regard to Joe Biden. People loved it.

"He [made] me feel so special. It was the first time I remember feeling good…really good…about my hair," she tweeted, joking about Biden's well-known proclivity for sniffing the hair of women.

It made me laugh out loud when I saw it. Biden in his natural state — sniffing. So on target.

This is the kind of humor that comedians used to engage in, but now the left seems to have made it verboten. We saw Jerry Seinfeld complain about this the other day — about why comedians are no longer funny.

Once upon a time, you had people like Johnny Carson willing to be humorous — and truthful — about Joe Biden.

But people on the left who followed Buzzi couldn't even take that amount of humor about Biden. That was too much for them, with some saying they would stop following her. Why? They can't even deal with that little bit of humor (not to mention any of the implications in that humor) They're so stuck in their political bubble and the belief now that they should not have to tolerate anything with which they disagree.
