White House Cocaine Story Takes Another Bizarre Twist as It Changes Again

When we first heard the story of a hazmat situation and the White House being evacuated on Sunday, we were told by the media that they’d found cocaine hydrochloride “near the White House.” Then it was described as being on the White House complex. That could be anywhere, including on the grounds. It was also described as “cocaine hydrochloride,” with suggestions it could be an anesthetic.

Then came the report that it was in the White House library, which is on the ground floor of the executive mansion, according to the Washington Post.

But now the Secret Service is contradicting that report about the library. Newsmax reporter James Rosen said that according to multiple officials with the Secret Service, contrary to the prior reports, the cocaine was found “in a work area in the West Wing,” not in the White House library, and that it was in a “baggie” when discovered, not loose or concealed.

“The item was not found in the residence or in the library, so I don’t know where that came from,” a source told Rosen. “It was found in the West Wing in a work area, which is quite a distance from the mansion.”

It gets even more interesting. According to the new report, it was in an area where you would have top aides to Biden or guests.

The substance was found in a common area of the West Wing, which houses the Oval Office and offices of some of the president’s top aides and support staff. A senior law enforcement official told CBS News the substance was found in a storage facility in a cubby routinely used by White House staff and guests to store cellphones.

So if top aides or guests of Joe Biden or his staff stash their stuff there, then the question is: Who put it there? This probably kills the “some random person from a tour brought it in” theory if it was found in that work area location. One would have to imagine that there are cameras and security all over the building. Who is bringing cocaine to the White House? Where are the cameras and the logs of the people who it could have been?

As we reported earlier, the left was pushing a ridiculous talking point that it could be Donald Trump Jr. who hasn’t been there in two and a half years. So that just didn’t make a lot of sense. Of course, they did that because they wanted to skip over any more logical conclusions: that someone connected to Joe Biden brought it in.

Hunter Biden has been in and around the White House for the past couple of weeks, attending a state dinner on June 22 and then going to Camp David for the past two weekends with his father. That sparked a lot of speculation from some since Hunter Biden is a recovering addict.

The Secret Service is reportedly looking into who brought it in, but given the way the Biden team works, I wonder if we’re going to get a real investigation here. If they don’t want to tell us, watch for the FOIA requests coming fast and furious because some reporters will undoubtedly dig for an answer to this one.
