One of the things that is truly funny about the liberal media is what an inflated opinion they have of themselves, and how essential they are. They’re upset with the fact that Americans no longer trust them. It’s been true for a long time, but it’s gotten worse as the lies and the bias have gotten worse.

So, it was hilarious to watch NBC’s Katy Tur feel offended and puzzled about how this happened.

“The trust in media, in newspapers and television, is hitting an all-time low,” Tur whined. “People don’t trust us. They don’t believe us, and it makes me wonder if this job —as I’m currently doing it— is effective, but if it’s doing more harm than good.”

Tur got the well-deserved ratio of all time from a lot of people responding to her question.

Of course, Katy, you and many of the rest of your colleagues are doing more harm than good. The harm that the media has done with their propaganda is incalculable. Part of the problem is that you don’t care about the truth; you care about pushing whatever the Democratic mantra is because most of you are biased liberals.

It’s not only the lies they put out, it’s also the things they try to ignore or suppress like the Hunter Biden laptop. Meanwhile, you pretend that you are objective media who don’t take a side. Then you wonder why we don’t trust you? You’re only caring now because people are abandoning you for other sources of news that they trust and are more credible. People don’t like being lied to and having fake news shoveled at them all the time. You’re not a journalist, you’re a propagandist.

There are a lot of things that we can point to about the media in general over the years; we see it and deal with the lies daily here. Then, of course, just with Katy Tur herself, there are so many things. But it’s hard to forget one incident that stood out and — as far as I know — Tur hasn’t answered for yet.

As we reported, Lis Smith a former adviser to then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo sent messages to Tur to try to spin the scandal that Cuomo was facing in 2021.

In group text messages on March 3, 2021, Smith noted how she was texting with “MSNBC Live” anchor/NBC News correspondent Katy Tur, alleging that Tur was using her talking points about Gov. Cuomo “verbatim” during a live broadcast:

In text messages to senior advisers and allies, Smith bragged that MSNBC host Katy Tur was using her talking points about Cuomo live on air.

“I’m texting w Katy Tur,” Smith wrote to the group. “Katy is saying my spin live. Like verbatim.”

That quote says it all regarding the question Tur is asking now. You want to know the harm you do. Look right there, in simple terms, to understand it. Resign, because no one will trust you again.
