Man Who Targeted Kavanaugh IDed, While CNN and Leftists Who Doxxed Justices Downplay It

As we reported earlier, a man was arrested near the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh who allegedly said he was there to kill him. The man was in his 20s and from California; he had a gun, a knife, and pepper spray, according to reports. Now, he has been IDed.

From NY Post:

Nicholas John Roske was arrested by the Montgomery County Police Department at about 1:50 a.m. near Kavanaugh’s home in Chevy Chase, a tony suburb a few miles outside of Washington D.C., police said.

Roske was armed with a black tactical chest rig, a tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles and other items, prosecutors said.

Roske allegedly made threats against Kavanaugh, citing the leak of the Supreme Court opinion, which probably tells you everything you need to know about motivation.

Is there any surprise this would happen, when folks on the left were whipping up anger against the justices, even doxxing them and going to their homes? The White House never condemned the protests at the justices’ homes. They never condemned the leak itself. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi even endorsed such protests as a way of making the justices change their opinions, a blatant attempt at judicial intimidation. It’s against the law, but Attorney General Merrick Garland hasn’t been enforcing the law. The House was asked to increase the protection for the justices after the leak. The Senate passed a bill unanimously, but Pelosi has stalled it, trying to add things to it.

While most of the media outlets, including MSNBC, seem to be treating it in a straightforward manner and reporting he had a gun/knife/pepper spray, CNN’s Whitney Wild was amorphous on the weapon that the man had. She tried hard to “both sides” it and downplay the fact he had a weapon; she talked about the “emotions.”

“The risk truly comes from both sides of this abortion debate,” Wild claimed. Yeah, no. The reports already were identifying the ‘side’ that the guy was on, so this is downplaying that.

Meanwhile, the folks who doxxed the conservative justices and put the information out on the internet were also trying to downplay that he had weapons. They didn’t condemn the man’s actions either.

Not only that, but they continue to make false claims against Kavanaugh and one of his former aides, Zina Bash, citing the debunked and ridiculous “white power” symbol they claim she was making with her hand.

They also tweeted–yet again–the towns and the zip codes of the justices, as if to say: We don’t care what you say, saying we refuse to go high.

I’m not going to link to that because it might help people locate the justices. They don’t care at all about the justices being endangered.

It’s more than since time that they enforce the law against these people and shut down the threats.
