The Democrats have shown they don’t care much about the truth. Not only are they lying about the Supreme Court draft opinion (which isn’t even a final opinion), they are trying to imply that the non-decision goes even beyond abortion and Roe v. Wade to threaten all kinds of other “rights.”

Kamala Harris claimed this was a threat to the “right to privacy.” Rep. Eric Swalwell (Delusional-CA) claimed nonsensically that Republicans “want to ban interracial marriage.” I’m sure that will come as a surprise to Justice Clarence Thomas.

Joe Biden even made the false and disgusting claim on Wednesday that “LGBTQ” kids could end up being segregated from other kids because of this.

Now, who is saying that, besides Joe Biden? No one; he’s making that up to radicalize more people. He also went on to demonize half the country, saying what could be next and claiming that MAGA was the most “extreme” group in American history.

Talk about extreme — what do you call a party that makes things up out of whole cloth, tries to intimidate the Supreme Court, by threatening the justices? I’m not sure we’ve ever hit that point in history before. Joe Biden and the Democrats have taken us there, with leftists even targeting the justices at their homes now. Biden is demonizing half the country with his remark and calling them extremists. Can we anticipate that he will next go after them with the long arm of the government?

So, Fox’s Peter Doocy followed up on Joe Biden’s remark, asking White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki exactly where this was going to happen, or was Joe Biden just blowing smoke through the cavernous hole in his head?

“Which state is trying to segregate LGTBQ children in the classroom?” Doocy pressed.

Psaki ducked the question, “I think we’ve seen laws that are incredibly discriminatory…” Yet, she couldn’t name one law or any real effort that matched this fear-mongering from the Democrats.

What this means is that they know that anger over Roe isn’t going to get them the votes that they need in November. They need to claim that far more things will be affected–that’s why they’re lying now.

But it also means they haven’t even read the draft opinion (or they’re just spreading bull about it). The draft opinion specifically stated this would only affect Roe and not anything else.

As The Wall Street Journal editorial board pointed out in its piece “The Abortion Disinformation Campaign,” Justice Alito’s draft opinion went to great lengths to offer assurances that striking down Roe would not endanger other standing precedents:

The leaked opinion is explicit about distinguishing Roe and its 1992 legal revision, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, from cases on unrelated social topics.
“None of the other decisions cited by Roe and Casey involved the critical moral question posed by abortion,” the draft says. “They do not support the right to obtain an abortion, and by the same token, our conclusion that the Constitution does not confer such a right does not undermine them in any way.”

It’s hard to imagine Justice Alito’s opinion could have provided any greater clarity in addressing the concerns he predicted would arise. The other cases being screeched about by Democrats are ones that don’t involve the “moral question” that arises in cases dealing with abortion: the existence of another party, an unborn life. They also aren’t tied to the Court’s previously invented constitutional right to abortion.

They are going all-in on “extremism,” while ignoring the issues they have made worse that are harming Americans like inflation and the border. Meanwhile, Americans are going to see leftists targeting justices, and what do you think they will think of that? Then the Democrats shouldn’t act surprised when the red wave wipes them out in November.
