Fox News Reporter Drops Big Surprise for Network Live on Air

We’ve seen a lot of things on air but what this reporter said, live on air, just before her segment on the weather definitely had to have made everyone watching sit up and take notice. Especially the heads of her network.

Fox 26 Houston reporter Ivory Hecker was supposed to be reporting on the air conditioning outages during the heatwave across the region. But she had a little surprise for her network first before that report.

Hecker said that Fox Corp had been “muzzling” her from reporting certain things that she thought the viewers should know about, that other reporters were also being muzzled, that she had recordings, and that Project Veritas was going to be releasing those recordings tomorrow.

Now, when you drop a bomb like that live on air, there’s no question it gets a lot of attention — and it’s trending all over Twitter right now. And given Big Tech including Twitter has been silenced Project Veritas, this is a very clever and effective way of getting around that ban and provide great advertising for the release.

It’s not clear exactly what it pertains to, but given that it’s Project Veritas you know it’s going to be good.

But what’s funny on top of that is some folks on the left think it’s going to take down folks on the right. That wouldn’t be my take on it at all. I’m willing to bet it’s Fox dictating to reporters that they have to follow the more liberal line, with which Fox has been more compliant in the last couple of years. So it’s likely a strike back against the effort to stifle anything off the prevailing liberal narrative. At least that seems the best take at the moment, we shall, of course, see more tomorrow.

It’s obviously a courageous thing to do on the part of Ivory Hecker. I’m thinking that it might cost her that job. But by the same token, she will likely get offered jobs elsewhere that admire her coming forward.

Project Veritas last did an expose taking down CNN, so I would imagine it is along the same lines.
