Democrats are doing some desperate scrambling after they are getting hit for mistreating the National Guard that was deployed to Washington, D.C. to help out at the Capitol.

While House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) demanded 25,000 troops and even wanted crew-manned vehicle mounted machine guns deployed according to outgoing head of the Department of Homeland Security Ken Cuccinelli, she also left them lying on the floor in the Capitol buildings. Then Democrats like Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) smeared them and suggested that they could be a danger if they supported President Donald Trump and the FBI and DoD did extra questionable vetting of the Guard to check if any had ‘extremist ties.’

Then the Democrats in charge booted some of the thousands in the Capitol out of one of the buildings into a cold parking garage where they were packed in like sardines and only had one bathroom for 5000 Guardsmen.

That created another huge uproar, with members of Congress on both sides of the aisle demanding to know how that came to be and what was going on. According to a report from Breitbart, the reason was because a Democratic representative, Rep. Bill Keating (D-MA) saw a Guardsmen in the cafe in one of the Capitol buildings without a mask on and that the Guardsman told Keating, “I appreciate my freedom.” The report also said they were looking for that member.

Now if that’s true and if they’re searching down that member, that’s disgusting. But in any event, it’s clear that they were booted from the building with Democrats in charge.

So now Jill Biden is trying to do some clean-up work for Nancy Pelosi and her husband by sweet talking the Guard and the American public and delivering the Guard some cookies.

“I’m a National Guard mom… I just wanted to say thank you from President Biden and from the whole—the entire Biden family,” the not the doctor said. Notice what was missing in there was an apology. Where’s the apology from Joe Biden?

How about the Democrats learn how to treat the military correctly to begin with and then they wouldn’t have to do obvious clean-up photo ops like this?

Meanwhile notice the immediate media attention to Jill Biden doing this by comparison to the lack of media attention and/or spin in regard to Melania Trump. Melania was actually always visiting little kids and the military but didn’t get half the attention this one brief moment from Jill Biden got.
