UPDATE. A site that Facebook uses as its fact check source, Lead Stories, claims that this post is “missing context.” Here is the context that they say is missing.
Does security camera video show a Fulton County, Georgia, election supervisor suspiciously pulling suitcases filled with ballots from under a table after telling poll workers to leave the room? And did that election official continue to illegally count ballots without required monitors in a manner that calls into question Joe Biden’s narrow win over Donald Trump in Georgia? No, those claim are not true: Two high-level officials with the Georgia secretary of state’s office and a state elections board monitor each told Lead Stories that their investigations revealed nothing suspicious in the video. The officials said the ballots seen in the video were in regular ballot containers — not suitcases — and they had been removed from their envelopes and processed while news media and election observers for the Republican Party and Trump campaign were present. The media and party observers were never told to leave because counting was over for the night, but they apparently followed workers who left once their job of opening envelopes was completed, the chief investigator for the secretary of state told Lead Stories. The observers were free to return at anytime, she said. Georgia law allows observers, but does not require them to be there for ballots to be counted, she said.
These statements have not been made under oath and they have not been corroborated by any investigative agency that is not affiliated with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office. Unless and until an independent law enforcement agency verifies this story we will stand by our original story while acknowledging that those facts are disputed.

We’ve been hearing a lot of testimony about voter fraud and irregularities.
But today at the Georgia state senate hearing, people got a glimpse of voter fraud allegedly being carried out on the screen in front of them.
BREAKING! Newly acquired surveillance video from State Farm Arena shows 4 individuals scanning in ballots from a suitcase under a table after hours. The video was played before the GA Senate Oversight Committee, members of the Press, and Trump’s legal team. @RealAmVoice pic.twitter.com/VXHCLPneFA

The video was of election workers at the State Farm Arena in Fulton County. According to the affidavits of Republican poll watchers, they and the press were asked to leave at around 10 p.m., told that the vote counting was going to stop until the morning. But when the press and the Republican observers left, four election workers stayed behind, continuing to count without any observers, in violation of the law, said the Trump campaign team, and pulling out suitcases (boxes) described as ballots that were hidden under a desk away from all the other ballots. Then they allegedly scan and count ballots, unobserved, for hours, according to the campaign team. They had three machines there that could scan up to thousands of ballots an hour each.
Check out this video of the smoking gun. The lawyer describing what occurs is Jackie Pick.

STATE VOTE-FARMING ARENA. FULTON COUNTY.
18K+ *fraudulent* votes run through tabulators after everyone else was MADE TO LEAVE.
We've got the tape. This is as close to a *smoking gun* as you're going to get from arena security cams. WATCH!🔻 pic.twitter.com/L41wsxAiBv

The video certainly does appear problematic, appearing to show ballots coming from nowhere and counted in violation of the law, without the proper observers present.
“Wow! Blockbuster testimony taking place right now in Georgia,” Trump wrote. “Ballot stuffing by Dems when Republicans were forced to leave the large counting room. Plenty more coming, but this alone leads to an easy win of the State!”
In the hearing, it was noted that officials cleared out State Farm Arena on election night, allegedly due to a pipe break. Pick and other members of Trump’s team said it’s not clear whether this was the reason why poll workers and members of the press were kicked out.
Now did the election director have any justification for this? He wasn’t able to make it.
Just Announced: The Fulton County Elections Director is not able to make it to the Georgia Senate Committee hearing on the election.

Shocking, right? He appears to have claimed at some point that the observers were not told to leave. But the video and their affidavits surely suggest they were.
Georgia Republican Party Chair David Shafer said Fulton County officials “falsely announced that the counting of ballots would stop at 10:30 p.m.”
“This video proves our allegation—that they continued counting ballots in secret until 1:00 am,” Shafer wrote in a tweet on Dec. 3.
The counting Machines process 3000 votes an hour. With multiple machines going , if this is what it appears to be, it’s secured Joe Biden a victory in Georgia! We have more video tonight at 8ET on @newsmax @jackiepick pic.twitter.com/YbxJu5zWVF

Here’s the opinion of Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA).
Caught on candid camera…
Fulton County supervisors in Georgia tell poll workers, press and observers to leave the room…
And then pull out SUITCASES of ballots.
Say it with me… F R A U D.

That’s what it gets down to. What is the justification for this? What’s the explanation from Georgia?
