In a year of a lot of crazy, this election is right in line with that.

Media has made multiple wrong calls early so far, not the least of which is Arizona, which appears yet to be in play due to a mistake.

Now, there’s another mistake that may impact the final results, this time in Michigan.

We already noted some big questions with the numbers there. But now there’s more.

Antrim County is a big red area which went heavily for President Donald Trump in 2016.

But you wouldn’t know it according to the tabulations being put out last night, which claimed that Democrats had taken the county and by quite a bit.

Except not so much. The clerk is admitting that the results appear to be “skewed” that the very red area is still red, but somehow the votes seem to have been transposed, giving thousands of Trump votes to Joe Biden.

According to unofficial results early Wednesday morning, the reliably red county turned blue by quite a bit.

Early Wednesday morning, unofficial results were announced showing Antrim County went strongly for Democrats across the ticket.

In a statement, the clerk says they expect to have a clear answer and plan of action by Wednesday afternoon. Until then, they are asking everyone to bear with them.

Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox released a statement calling this “incredibly troubling.”

“At this point, it is unclear whether or not these issues were caused by incompetence or corruption, but the fact that they exist is of great concern, and the Michigan Republican Party will spare no expense to expose the truth of what happened in yesterday’s election.”

So that raises the question of how that will affect the total, which is still in doubt, how do you possibly get such an error and are there any other such “errors?”

Biden is currently up in Michigan but with under a point separating the two. Will this make a difference? It’s not clear, 94% of the vote is in. And if this mistake happened, there might be others. But how do such “mistakes” always seem to benefit the Democrats?

What a mess this election has been. If nothing else, they really need to not have this kind of chaos again.
