Can we say it’s pretty disgusting to politicize Coronavirus?

Whether it’s to use it to stoke a flagging campaign and/or to attack the President, it’s just wrong.

But that’s not stopping Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), who’s been casting about trying to revive her campaign.

So during a CNN town hall and then in a subsequent tweet, Warren outlined what she would do, taking all the money devoted to border protection for the wall and diverting it to the HHS to fight Coronavirus.

So the President is correctly concerned about educating people as to proper precautions as he outlined during his press conference and interdiction, stopping people coming in from infected areas, the most logical response that one should take for the problem.

As Rep. Bill Cassidy noted, Trump is taking the proper precautions and the U.S. is the best-prepared country in the world to deal with the issue.

But what would Warren do? Literally remove border protection at a time where controlling entry is more critical than ever.

Here’s a little news for her. One of the biggest non-Central American groups that comes in through the border is, you guessed it, Chinese people. And one of the problems with Coronavirus is a long incubation period and the ability to transmit it in that period when you don’t know you have it.

And you wonder how someone in California could become infected without travel or contact with a known virus carrier?

Can you get more ignorant or ill-timed than Warren?
