When doctors speak, people listen. Or not. In the case of “Dr.” Jill Biden, who insists on the “Dr.” designation, but her doctorate is in education, not medicine. So we should definitely listen to her on issues of education, right? Far from it — particularly her defense of inappropriate books in school libraries.

When Biden was recently queried by NBC’s “Today” host Sheinelle Jones about her position on the inclusion of “pornographic” books in school libraries— many of them chock-full with explicit images — the good “doctor” not only said she supports the inclusion of inappropriate books in children’s libraries; her ‘logic” could not have been more ridiculously hypocritical.

Jones kicked off the festivities, as transcribed by Daily Wire.

Parents and politicians are now weighing in on what books should be in our school libraries and what their kids are being taught. Where is the line in your opinion, with how much of a say parents should have when it comes to what their kids are learning in school?

Biden’s response was predictable but her “logic” was laughable as she began by channeling one of the great orators of our time, Kamala Harris.

Well, I think with the pandemic, parents saw how hard teachers work and how difficult this job really is. And I think if they work together in their school districts and decide what they want with their curriculum.

Jones followed up: “Is there a balance between ‘this book should be in the library,’ ‘this book is under review’?” Jones asked. Biden then went full-metal-hypocrite.

All books should be in the library. All books. This is America. We don’t ban books.

“This is America. We don’t ban books.” Really? Let’s rephrase that: “This America. We don’t ban First Amendment rights, including freedom of speech,” right “Dr.” Jill? Except, of course, when the left pushes for banning conservative speakers from college campuses — and Big Tech suppresses, censors, and bans conservative content.

As reported by my colleague Nick Arama in early September, Missouri and Louisiana in May filed suit against members of the Biden Administration, including the president, in an effort to expose collusion between the administration and social media companies to censor speech on a variety of subjects, including the Hunter Biden email scandal and various.

Arama’s piece included the following quote from Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.

We have already received a number of documents that clearly prove that the federal government has an incestuous relationship with social media companies and clearly coordinate to censor freedom of speech, but we’re not done.

The Department of Justice is cowering behind executive privilege and has refused to turn over communications between the highest-ranking Biden Administration officials and social media companies. That’s why, yesterday, we asked the Court to compel the Department of Justice to produce those records. We’re just getting started — stay tuned.

In another example, as we reported in May, investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald revealed that a group of former Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security, and cyber officials used Russia as an excuse to declare Big Tech censorship vital to national security.

“This is a pivotal moment in modern history,” the group wrote.

There is a battle brewing between authoritarianism and democracy, and the former is using all the tools at its disposal, including a broad disinformation campaign and the threat of cyber-attacks, to bring about a change in the global order. We must confront these global challenges.

Translation: Evil forces on the right “spread disinformation” to do evil things. You know, like expose the Hunter Biden lapdog scandal, which moralless California Democrat congressman and professional serial liar Adam Schiff immediately declared “smelled” like a Russian plot. There is your disinformation, Jill Biden.

The left’s incessant drive to on one hand ban or suppress conservative content, while on the other hand insidiously pushing the boundaries of decency by attempting to reprogram the impressionable minds of the youngest among us. As Russian dictator Vladimir Lenin infamously said:

Give us the child for 8 years and it will be a Bolshevik forever.

In the case of today’s left, the indoctrination on the one hand and censorship on the other begins with kindergarten and continues throughout all levels of education, including within the no-longer-hallowed halls of education.

Meanwhile, “Dr.” Jill Biden is right there with them — every hypocritical step of the way.
