Wonder What Happened to 'Judge Jeanine' Saturday Night? Fox News Suspended Her Show Over Trump

(192 kph)

If you’re a regular watcher of Fox News, you know that “Justice with Judge Jeanine” airs on Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. EST. If you watched Fox News this weekend, you also know that “Justice” was preempted. As reported by Newsmax and other outlets, Judge Jeanine’s show was suspended “over a spat on the network’s coverage of President Donald Trump.”

Sources close to Fox News told Newsmax that because Judge Jeanine “made a very staunch defense of President Trump and wanted to expose the vote fraud that took place in the election,” Fox made the decision to pull her show, instead extending coverage of Joe Biden’s acceptance speech. The sources didn’t indicate whether Fox plans on cancelling the show, but that it was suspended for at least this weekend.

Fox News came under fire on Election Night for being the only news organization to call the state of Arizona for Biden; Arizona’s 11 electoral votes are still in dispute. As reported by the Washington Post, as I’m writing, with more than 3.2 million ballots tallied, Biden holds a slim lead of just over 19 thousand votes — with 97 percent of the vote counted. Arizona’s slow vote-counting has become the stuff of internet memes.

Yet Fox called it — and early.

Needless to say, Fox News regulars were not happy over Judge Jeanine’s suspension.

And this from Judge Jeanine herself — getting her message out.

In what seems like eons ago — in light of the election and all that’s followed — Judge Jeanine in a September interview at the White House asked Trump about threatened riots by the Left if Biden were to lose. No doubt those riots would have occurred. Oddly, I missed the rioting conservatives after multiple news outlets declared Biden the winner.

Anecdotally, I’ve talked with numerous people since the election who have turned away from Fox News, and switched to outlets like Newsmax TV and One America News Network over what they perceive as Fox bias against Trump.

Beginning with the hit job “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace did on Trump during the first presidential debate and continuing through election coverage, former Foxers have fallen out of love with the network — save, of course, for Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, Lou Dobbs, and most of the time, Tucker Carlson.

In the eyes of innumerable Trump supports, Fox News is no longer “Fair and Balanced.” Then again, it could be worse. Fox could be The Most Trusted Name in News™.

In another odd Fox News moment, as I reported in an earlier article titled With Tears of Joy Streaming Down Her Face, Donna Brazile Suddenly Loves Trump Supporters: ‘I Hear You!’, former interim chair of the Democrat National Committee and current Fox News contributor Donna Brazile got all weepy on Saturday over Kamala Harris becoming the projected vice-president elect.

While Brazile’s reaction might have been expected, her overture to Trump supporters, as she was blubbering on, was off-the-charts hilarious, given her scathing rebuke of all-things Trump over the last four years. Democrats: their hypocrisy knows no bounds.
