The White House sent a "Short n' Sweet" message to pop star Sabrina Carpenter, who's in a tizzy over the administration's use of her song in a video celebrating the arrests by ICE (Immigration, Customs and Enforcement) agents.
It all started after the WH posted a video on social media on Monday, December 1, using Carpenter's 2024 song, "Juno."
The White House post read, "Have you ever tried this one? Bye-bye."

The video included blurred and non-blurred footage of people being handcuffed, running away from agents, and more.
As you might expect, the singer went into a full meltdown mode, slamming the administration and condemning it for using her song in such an "evil" video.
this video is evil and disgusting. Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.

"This video is evil and disgusting," Carpenter's comment on the post read. "Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda."
President Trump's administration wasn't going to remain quiet and definitely responded, using many of Carpenter's album titles, songs, and lyrics to get the point across that the video would remain up.

"Here's a Short n' Sweet message for Sabrina Carpenter: we won't apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country," White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson said in a statement, "Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?"

Celebrities and Hollywood stars like Carpenter just can't let go of their serious case of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome), and it's just downright funny at this point, given they've spent the last decade screaming in the dark.
However, there are a small handful that have learned that Americans want their artists to entertain, but aren't interested in their politics, including on hot-button issues like immigration enforcement.
One such star is actress Jennifer Lawrence, who appears to realize people don't want to hear celebs' views on politics, recently telling one interviewer, "I felt like I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. But as we've learned, election after election, celebrities do not make a difference whatsoever on who people vote for. So then what am I doing?"
As my RedState colleague Brandon Morse reported.
Lawrence, to her credit, seems to pick up on this, which is more than I can say for many other celebrities. According to Variety, she seems to get now that speaking out politically isn't something people want to hear. We don't care, and it turns us off
Lawrence continued by saying, "I'm just sharing my opinion on something that's going to add fuel to a fire that's ripping the country apart. We are so divided."
Amen!
