Piers Morgan called out a trans-identifying male semi-pro pickleball athlete to his face and said, "You're cheating" when you compete against female athletes in the sport.
During Monday's episode of "Piers Morgan Uncensored," the host was speaking with the biological man, who goes by the name of Sara Weiss, who attempted to argue that there was nothing wrong with him competing against women despite the fact that girls have been severely injured by playing against boys.
Morgan said it is a fact that the reason we separate the sexes when it comes to sports is because "males have a biological advantage.""But the bottom line with all sports of this nature is that if somebody like LeBron James decided to take out pickleball and really worked hard at it for a year, he would hammer you into oblivion, and there'd be nothing you could do about it," Morgan told Weiss.
Weiss tried to claim that "there is not a threat to gender women" when a biological male competes against them.
"Why do you want to be a cheat?" Morgan hit back. "I mean, seriously, why do you want to be a cheat? That's what you're doing. You're cheating."
When Morgan got pushback that he was being disrespectful to Weiss, he said no, "It cuts to the heart of the debate."
"It is cheating," the host said. "It is knowingly using a superior biology from birth to beat women who are born with female bodies, it is cheating, and it's time to call it out for what it is."
Throughout the show, Morgan and his panel discussed the insanity that happened over the weekend in Clovis, California, at the California Interscholastic Federation Track and Field Championship, where RedState witnessed a biological boy by the name of AB Hernandez compete in the women's competition against females and dominate the events. It wasn't even close.
President Donald Trump even threatened to pull federal funding from the state if CIF did not ban AB from participating. The CIF then announced a "pilot program" to its ByLaw 300.D (which allows biological boys to compete against girls), which basically allowed girls to be co-champions with Hernandez.
CIF clearly had hoped that by doing this, it would sidestep Trump's Executive Order banning boys from competing against girls in women's sports. The championship went on with Hernandez taking home two first-place awards and one second-place trophy.
On Monday, California found out it was a mistake to ignore Trump's threat, RedState reported, when Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon sent a letter not to CIF but to the state's public school districts.
Jennifer Van Laar wrote:
In it, Dhillon informed the districts that by complying with CIF Bylaw 300.D they're in violation of federal law, and that they have until 5 PM on June 9, 2025, to certify in writing that they will not implement that bylaw - or they will face legal liability.
Dhillon wrote:
Scientific evidence shows that upsetting the historical status quo and forcing girls to compete against males would deprive them of athletic opportunities and benefits because of their sex. Therefore, you cannot implement a policy allowing males to compete alongside girls, because such a policy would deprive girls of athletic opportunities and benefits based solely on their biological sex, in violation of the Equal Protection Clause.
As a political subdivision, you have an obligation to comply with the Equal Protection Clause. To ensure compliance and avoid legal liability, you must certify in writing by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 9, 2025, that you will not implement CIF Bylaw 300.D.
Progressive policies have hurt America immeasurably.
