In a surprise update on his Facebook Page this morning, Florida Senator Marco Rubio put up a lengthy post stating he would vote to confirm Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State.

Before, during, and after the confirmation hearing for Rex Tillerson, Marco Rubio was an outspoken critic of Tillerson due to his business connections, particularly to Russia. However, this morning’s announcement seems to confirm what my colleague, Streiff, put up recently: Tillerson is a lock for the nomination.

Rubio joins John McCain and Lindsay Graham, who were also wary of Tillerson’s nomination, but later voiced support.
