High School Administrator Solicits Money to Pay off Student's 'Coyote' Trafficking Debt

Biden’s visit to the border was nothing more than a Potemkin Village drive-by. He didn’t see the carnage he caused with his Swiss cheese southern border policy. He didn’t see coyotes trafficking humans. He didn’t see the immense damage to America he and his meat puppet of a DHS Secretary are doing.

It isn’t just the millions of humans who cannot legally work in America, it’s the hidden costs. It’s what’s under the tip of the iceberg.

What we see people are people massed at the border waiting to be processed and released. What we don’t see is the cost to get them there. Mexican cartels traffic humans, and they don’t do it for free. It’s a multi-billion dollar business by heartless, murderous thugs.

If illegal aliens don’t have the several thousand dollars to pay upfront, they might be turned into cartel mules or sex slaves. If an illegal alien hasn’t the cash to pay a cartel for being trafficked, they can still make it across the border and owe thousands to the cartel. Pay up by a date specific or else. The “or else” might be death to the illegal or their family.

In Rhode Island, at the ironically named Mount Pleasant High School, an assistant principal sent an email soliciting money to pay off a debt to a “coyote”. Calling a “coyote” a “helper” clues us in that this administrator is a fool. The administrator, named Stephanie Harvey (she/her/hers), wrote the email with anodyne language like she was soliciting money for a student who needed school supplies, not to pay off an illegal debt to a murderous gang of thugs.

“We have a student who came to America with ‘Coyote’ which is a group that helps people,” Harvey wrote in the email. “This group gives you a time frame to make a payment of $5000 dollars to those, who bring them to the states.”

Harvey’s bio tells us the depth of her equity, not equality philosophy.

Stefani Harvey is a community activist and educator who specializes in social justice and equity in education, particularly in addressing disparities for youth of color.

Stefani has found that proactive measures are more productive to support student’s social-emotional development than punitive measures. She has promoted Restorative Justice practices as a means to dismantle the school to prison pipeline in several schools.

The email, (sent to everyone on staff and teacher at the Mount Pleasant high school) wasn’t approved by the principal and the principal put a stop to it calling the solicitation “inappropriate”. Money already collected was returned to the sender.

In a pollyannish world, one might want to believe this is a one-off event. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon.

The DEA recognizes that trafficking humans is a massive problem.

“For traffickers, it doesn’t matter which product is being sold — both drugs and sex are lucrative industries – as long as money is made. Drug cartels often use trafficked women and children to smuggle drugs across the border, doubling up on the money they can make from them.”

Violent criminals like Mexican “coyotes” see no difference between abusing a woman’s body by forcing her to swallow bags of drugs or by forcing her to have sex with hundreds of men.”

Who’s to blame? Anyone who aids this ugly trade. Who could stop it? For starters, Joe Biden could shut the southern border and make it clear that the border is closed. In the meantime, coyote gangs will rape and murder those who don’t pay the debt. How much do they make? It’s billions each year. Year after year.

Thanks, Joe. You’re doing a great job.
