CODE RED: The CDC Is Re-Writing the Constitution

The CDC’s recent edict reinstating a rent moratorium is illegal. It was unconstitutional last year, it’s still unconstitutional now. Without legislative authority, unelected bureaucrats have written pronouncements (they aren’t laws) including declaring acts of a property owner to take back one’s own property to be a felony, punishable by multiple years in prison with massive fines.

The White House has admitted is an illegal act, yet here we sit, again with a president allowing illegal orders. – re-writing the constitution, like a king.
