As RedState reported on Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to bring the Schumer Shutdown to an end and reopen the government. The vote was 222-209, with six Democrats crossing the aisle to vote with the GOP.

The list of six Democrats who crossed the aisle to ensure the government could reopen will live in infamy: Jared Golden (D-ME), Adam Gray (D-CA), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA), Don Davis (D-NC), Henry Cuellar (D-TX), and Tom Suozzi (D-NY). Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) thought he had his soldiers in line. As with so many of the stances Jeffries takes these days, he was dead wrong.
