In terms of the legal challenges to remove Trump as a presidential candidate on primary ballots, progressives appear not to be tired of losing. They just racked up another one, this time in New Hampshire.
💥SO MUCH WINNING!!! Congratulations again to my @dhillonlaw colleagues representing the Trump campaign. We defeated a challenge to @realDonaldTrump’s being on the ballot in New Hampshire, and the First Circuit court of appeals agreed w/trial court and rejected standing. @NHGOP pic.twitter.com/8YdudrosdE

Add the recent rulings in Trump's favor from Colorado, Michigan, and Minnesota add to that number. Despite the indictments and allegations, Team Trump remains undefeated and miles ahead of his Republican challengers.

Apparently, Dhillon Law and other civil rights attorneys defending Trump plan to continue to mow these challenges down.
- Six cases were voluntarily withdrawn in Idaho, Utah, Oklahoma, Maine, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
- Several remain pending, including two in New York, in Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska, Montana, New Mexico, Kansas, Wisconsin, Vermont, Massachusetts, Virginia, South Carolina, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and New Jersey.
Colorado is back in play, as the Colorado Supreme Court has decided to hear an appeal from the lower court's ruling on the 14th Amendment challenge.

Both Trump and Colorado voters filed appeals, claiming he is unable to serve in office. Trump disputed the state judge’s judgment that he “engaged in insurrection,” while voters disagreed with the ruling that the constitutional provision about ineligibility does not apply to the president.
State Judge Sarah B. Wallace last week had dismissed a legal challenge brought by a group of Colorado voters represented in Washington by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics, who argued Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results and his behavior surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, rendering him ineligible for office.
Wallace concluded Trump “engaged in insurrection” in her opinion on Friday, but stated the Constitution’s bar on insurrectionists holding office did not apply to Trump since the language in question specifically includes all federal elected offices except the presidency.
Arguments are being presented as I write, so we will see how that shakes out. But according to a number of legal scholars, these attempts are akin to fool's errands, not to mention a dangerous precedent to set. In late October, George Washington University legal scholar Jonathan Turley told Fox Business Channel's Maria Bartiromo:
What's astonishing is that is being defended by people who say that this is about protecting democracy, they protect democracy by denying the ability of voters to vote for one of these candidates. According to many polls, Donald Trump is a leading candidate for the presidency.
So the effort is now is to to prevent voters from casting their ballots. That is throwing matches at a tinderbox situation in this country. Where a deeply divided nation. I cannot tell you how dangerous this theory is.
What progressives are doing in their attempt to protect democracy is deepening the cult surrounding Trump. The more they push to try and disqualify him and remove his influence from the public square, the more they magnify his seeming inevitability, especially as Trump keeps beating back these legal challenges. The fact that more evidence is unfolding in the Fulton County indictment, including a consent decree confirming that 3,600 duplicate ballots were counted in the 2020 election, is only helping Trump's cause and ruining Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' case.
