WATCH: Woman Laughably Argues Obamacare Mandate Lines Up With Christian Principles

Democrats, who booed putting the word ‘God’ back into the Democratic Party Platform are fond of using God and Jesus when it suits their political points of view. Remember the “Jesus was a community organizer” quotes when President Obama was being criticized for his lack of experience when running for President in 2008?

It’s remarkable because the left goes ballistic whenever the Bible is quoted accurately to push back against their agenda. It never stops them from going to absurd lengths to use Jesus or the Bible to justify an argument. The latest is a lady at an event hosted by Tennessee Rep. Diane Black.

Watch what she says:

Did you get that?

“As a Christian, my whole philosophy in life is pull up the unfortunate. The individual mandate: that’s what it does. The healthy people pull up the sick.”

This is in line for one of the most asinine examples of trying to line up government policy with Christianity I’ve seen in a long time. This is a perfect example of begging the question. She cannot possibly support her premise with scripture, history or Christian orthodoxy.

But it doesn’t matter. It “feels” right to believe that being under a government edict to buy healthcare is akin to living up to the Great Commandment or Great Commission.

Or something.
