The dominoes are starting to fall. Rand Paul is the second Republican candidate within the last two days to drop out of the GOP race (Mike Huckabee was the other).

This is pretty big as he’s doing it before the New Hampshire primary. Paul is the first of the “top tier” candidates to drop out since the start of the year. Here are some details:
