A judge, two transgenders and the state walk into a courtroom.  The transgender people want “sexual reassignment surgery” (a sex change) and they want the state to pay for it under Medicaid.  “Wait a minute,” says the state, “We have a rule from 1996 barring payment for sex changes.  The cost is way too prohibitive.”  The judge listens to both sides and in 39 pages of reasoning decides the state rule violates the Constitutional rights of the transgender people.  Said US District Judge William Conley:

The likelihood of ongoing, irreparable harm facing these two individual plaintiffs outweighs any marginal impacts on the defendants’ stated concerns regarding public health or limiting costs,

He then issued an injunction against enforcement of the Wisconsin rule and further suggested that the state’s taxpayers may be on the financial hook for any transgender seeking a sex change in the future.

So if you’re transgender and want a sex change, better pack those bags, move on up to Wisconsin, sign up for Medicaid, find yourself a willing doctor and check into the hospital.  What’s a nip, tuck and fold cost these days?  According to CNN, about $100,000 per surgery when all is said and done.  But, I’m sure the taxpayers of Wisconsin are willing to foot the bill to alleviate the “ongoing, irreparable harm” of your average transgender subject.

Speaking of transgenders, under British law, those sentenced to prison are permitted to “experience the system” of the gender with which they identify.  And so, Karen White, age 51, who is really a man was sentenced to New Hall Prison in Wakefield, a woman’s prison.

Ms. White now finds his/herself housed in an all-male prison.  Why, you may ask?  Because Karen White, who is really a man, is charged with four counts of indecent sexual assault on female prisoners at his/her former prison.  Being that he identifies as a woman and being that he sexually assaulted or groped women prisoners, does that make him a lesbian?

Speaking of sexual assault, Micah Rhodes is the leader of the Portland Resistance movement.  Twice this year, he avoided jail time for sexual assault convictions.  The first involved sexual contact with a 17-year-old boy he met on a gay dating app.  The second involved sexual contact with an underage girl at her parent’s home.  But, it goes even deeper.  His juvenile record shows that he began messing with kids when he, then 14, molested a 9-year-old boy- including sodomy charges,- and a year later he sexually assaulted three other boys.  Still, the judge agreed that poor Micah was sincere in his apology to the court and that he was really trying.  Note: Micah Rhodes had three times previously joined and dropped out of sex offender therapy programs.

Now comes word that this convicted sex offender who, as part of his probation, can be nowhere kids, was present at the recent Occupy ICE protest in Portland where other protesters, lacking the ability to find a babysitter while they practiced some social justice, brought their children.  To be near a convicted sex offender.  Who likes children.

Rhodes has since been arrested and charged with violating terms of his probation.  If guilty- apparently a big IF in Portland, Oregon- he can face up to two and a half years in prison.  At age 25, maybe he can find some recently-turned 18-year-old to sodomize in jail.  Too bad it’s Oregon and not Wisconsin.  At least in Wisconsin, he could claim to be transgender and get a sex change on the public dole.

Then again, a federal judge in Oregon ruled that ” “Forcing transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity would undoubtedly harm those students and prevent them from equally accessing educational opportunities and resources.”

Welcome to a strange new world of gender dysphoria and pedophilia.
