On Tuesday, my colleague Sister Toldjah reported on Democrat Rep. Greg Casar's interview with MSNBC in which he openly admitted that once power is regained, Democrats will weaponize the justice system to punish those who worked against them, namely Elon Musk.
"Democrats need to make it clear that we're not going easy on the guy if we retake the majority," said Casar. "We can use our subpoena and investigative power in a majority to look into Musk or any other billionaire that has broken any criminal laws enriching themselves using the power of the White House."

Let's get something straight before I continue. Casar said "billionaires" but let's not kid ourselves. This won't stop at billionaires. The January 6 investigations were proof that Democrats are willing to abuse whatever power they have to go after anyone they consider remotely threatening or capable of being used as a political prop to help them gain power. Musk will be led to a proverbial chopping block, and so will Trump and his family.
What you won't find them doing is investigating themselves or their allies.
But I don't have to tell you that. Democrats and overreach go hand in hand, and when you let authoritarians reach beyond the scope of their power, you often find a lot of people wrongfully placed in prison or punished to some degree for little more than being an inconvenience.
But my main point here is that Casar is an insane radical and always has been. He was part of reducing the Austin Police Department's budget by $100 million in the name of Black Lives Matter, then tried to lie about armored Teslas being bought by Trump's White House, only to have his legs kicked out from under him very publicly by the internet, which pointed out these orders were done by the Biden Administration.
But while Casar is something of a radical, and it's easy to brush him off as an insane person, I want to point out that radicals are often the most honest part of the left, at least when it comes to telling you what they're going to do. This is what makes Casar valuable as a politician, at least to the American people.
People like Casar aren't playing it sly. They revel in the idea that they're in your face with their intentions because that's what the new era of politicians is all about. They're not "playing the game" like they used to. Politicians are more popular when they look and behave like activists, and this applies to both sides. This activism looks different from left to right, but both sides have learned that in order to get the support, they often have to get the clicks.
The best way to get the clicks is to be bombastic and loud, and for leftists, nothing is more bombastic and loud than announcing your radical intent. The Democrat Party is still pretending to go through the motions, the radical is just giving away the ending.
Right now, the ending looks a lot like retribution. Casar isn't just blowing steam or performing for the attention here. He's being very serious, and he's telling you what has been talked about behind closed doors with many a Democrat. Once a majority is secured, it's open season on Americans.
A majority of Americans voted for Trump. Sure, there were activists, influencers, and new-media figures singing Trump's praises before the 2024 election, and some of them were so influential that they likely changed entire voting Demographics with their actions. Think Scott Pressler, Charlie Kirk, and of course, Elon Musk.
But let's not pretend that you wouldn't be safe if you weren't on the frontline. Democrats have shown that, when they're in power, they're perfectly happy to exert control over your life with the flimsiest of excuses, and even in the face of good reasoning as to why they shouldn't do that, they will continue to do it for their own gain. The pandemic is a good example of this, as is Black Lives Matter.
If the Democrats feel as if they've lost control of a good chunk of America, they will do what they can to win people back, but this usually involves incidents involving fear, where the people readily hand over control or, are guilted into giving it up. Trump's election shows their hold on America wasn't what they thought it was, so I can bet they'll cook something up to remedy that... or at least try to.
I think the Democrats will come at it two different ways.
One is to make you afraid to speak out or oppose them. They will make parading people who troubled them a spectacle. They will lie, and the legacy media will carry that lie as far as they can. With no regard for the truth, they will pursue the punishments, not only to get revenge on those who hurt their path to power but to teach everyone else what happens when you oppose them.
Casar just effectively told you what the desire from the Democrats is, and you should believe him.
