How often have you had a conversation with a friend, family member, or even spouse about how Republicans actually don't care about women and that Democrats are actually trying to defend women's rights?
These "rights" they refer to aren't even rights, moreover, these "rights" aren't even plural. What they're referring to is their mistaken idea that there is a "right to an abortion" which Republicans are constantly trying to take away. It's one of the most effective marketing strategies ever pulled off in the history of the Western world, making the De Beers diamond engagement ring scam look small by comparison.
When Democrats say they're "the party of women," they're referring to the availability and ease of getting an abortion... and pretty much nothing else. Outside this one issue, Democrats don't actually care about women, and the proof is more than abundant.
Let's start with the recent vote to keep men invading women's sports, with Democrats overwhelmingly voting against the "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act," a measure meant to keep transgender men out of women's sports and competitions.

This is absolutely necessary, as men and women are vastly different in terms of bodily development, with men generally being physically larger, more muscular, and aggressive. Not only do males typically dominate women's competitions when they're included, women have been injured in the process.

So we literally have women and girls getting hurt, losing accolades that they deserve, and yet the Democrats can't be bothered to show up for women when they're truly needed because... why?
Well, why would they? There's no wiggle room here for Democrats ideologically. Abortion isn't on the table, but transgenderism is, and that falls under the leftist umbrella. Naturally, Democrats are going to side with transgender people against women in order to uphold that "pro-LGBT" look they've cultivating for decades.
Note that they have to go against women to do this. They chose a different side, and one that directly affects women in a huge way. Girls who train for hours to win competitions are effectively being told that they'll have to settle for second or even third, depending on how many transgender people enter the competition. No matter how hard a woman trains, she won't be able to meet the natural physical advantages men have, so any dreams she had of going the distance to greater competitions, up to and including the Olympics, is out.

According to the Democrats, women's sports aren't really women's sports anymore. The only price of entry into that level of competition is a claim and possibly a doctor's note.
Oh, and this means these men get access to women's private spaces as well. These girls will have to change in front of boys, exposing themselves in ways that are traumatizing and dangerous. There are stories accumulating out there already about this kind of thing happening, including these examples.

As I wrote previously, the fight to put men in women's locker rooms under the flimsy excuse of self-identification is so nasty that it's sometimes gotten physical. Don't forget that congresswoman Nancy Mace was physically attacked over the issue by a man identifying as transgender.
Yet the so-called "party of women" continue to actively act against women's interests, even as these invasions and assaults happen.
Actions speak louder than words, and all the actions point to a Democrat Party that doesn't think too highly of women, or at the very lest, puts their importance a bit lower on their list of concerns than women think. Abortion is the only time they really ever start to become concerned about women, but outside of that, women are a tertiary concern.
Republicans might not be able to speak the language of women as well as Democrats can. Democrats are admittedly masters at it, but at least Republicans actually care about women and defend women where it really counts.
