At this point, learning that conservative women are happier than leftist women isn't breaking news, but in an age where feminism has infected Western culture so deeply, it's good to have these reminders.
As we endure another corporate holiday meant to leverage your love for someone to force your hand to purchase things, a poll was brought up that shows women on the left just aren't having a good time with life, but conservative women are doing just fine for the most part.
It's one of the biggest political divides in terms of polling, and it's a pattern that's gone on for years now.
According to Fox News, an American Family Studies poll found a huge gulf between the amount of happiness leftist and right-leaning women feel:
The 2024 American Family Survey found that 37% of conservative women and 28% of moderate women, between the ages of 18-40, reported being "completely satisfied" with their lives, but just 12% of liberal women in the same age group said the same.
Liberal women were also nearly three times more likely than conservative women to say they experienced loneliness at least a few times a week.
Sociology professor at the University of Virginia, Brad Wilcox, listed some reasons as to why this might be:
"We've seen in the research that conservative women tend to be more likely to embrace a sense of agency and to have the sense that they are not, in any way, the victim of larger structural realities or forces," he told Fox News Digital.
"They're also less likely to catastrophize about public events and concerns," and "more likely to think of themselves as captains of their own fate," Wilcox added.

Wilcox said that marriage and family are an "enormous" source of meaning and purpose for most people, so it's not surprising that conservative women, who are more likely to be married, would also feel more satisfied with their lives in general.
Conservative women are also more likely to embrace the gender differences between men and women and prioritize family and attending religious services, he said, which also contributes to happiness.
Again, this isn't exactly news. Years ago, American Family Studies polled women's happiness based on their marital status and parental status at various ages and found that women who had families were consistently happier.

Wilcox's observations point to something very interesting about the unhappiness of leftist women, and I think I can sum it up simply.
Leftist women get in their own way when it comes to achieving happiness.
Their instincts and natural desires are telling them one thing, but they've given their ear to modern society and absorbed the lies that it tells them in regard to how enlightened and empowered women should act and behave. The "you don't need a man" and "men are trash" mentality infects young women, causing them to become career-focused. The rejection of men often includes a Heavenly Father, with feminism constantly directing their attention to the self, and not to anything else.
They are encouraged constantly to put themselves above everything else.
So time goes on, and while the dynamism of youth makes the ticking clock too quiet to hear, that ticking becomes louder and louder over time. As it does, the girlboss lifestyle becomes more and more difficult to shoulder, and with prospects dwindling and children becoming more of a long shot, depression and unhappiness start to seep in. As the chart above shows, leftist women and time are not friends.
But the unhappiness isn't just centered around relationship statuses or the number of children they have. As Wilcox pointed out, being a powerful female is also paired with rejecting the nature and needs of femininity. The left woman is typically a strong objector to gender roles, which she has been told are societal constructions meant to keep women down.
They're not. They're part of a natural order that has been apparent for millennia, until modern lifestyles clouded that with technological advancements and social engineering. They're literally denying themselves their own nature and then wondering why they're unhappy deep down despite living a life of "liberation."
They're literally imprisoning themselves in an ideology that leaves them cold and unhappy.
Conservative women don't bother with these mind-numbingly stupid things. They see reality for what it is. They are actually empowered as they're free to live their lives as they truly wish, and not by the made-up rules of a social movement that outlived its true purpose decades ago. It's funny, because conservative women are often referred to in derogatory terms that suggest they're the slaves.
