You know who Andy Ngo is at this point. For all intents and purposes, he’s a modern-day hero. He’s a man willing to walk into the lion’s den in order to expose a domestic terrorist group and its activities. Ngo’s work has definitely come with a price. He’s been threatened, doxxed, stalked, and assaulted, during the course of his work.
As Sister Toldjah reported, Ngo attempted to take Antifa to court for the attacks he suffered in broad daylight. He suffered injuries including a brain hemorrhage thanks to the assaults and you can see Ngo take these hits as they were recorded on video.
Ngo went after two members of Antifa, in particular. John Colin Hacker and Elizabeth Renee Richter allegedly act as Antifa’s “doxxers.” However, a Portland court found that the two Antifa members were not liable after what Toldja reports was an incredibly bizarre display by the defendant’s lawyer:
During closing statements, defense lawyer Michelle Burrows told the jurors that not only does she self-identify as both a progressive and an “anti-fascist,” she strongly declared, “I am Antifa” and insisted upon making herself an “I am Antifa” t-shirt, which she said she would wear after the trial. Despite Antifa’s significant recorded history of violence, she told the jury that Antifa’s unfavorable reputation is untrue and depicted the organized militant group as activists fighting for social justice and civil rights.
Burrows also told the jury that she would remember their faces after the trial. This among the jury being informed that their identities were currently being investigated by Antifa as acknowledged by the court itself.
While no one can definitively say that the jury was coerced in their decision by any of this information, it’s hard not to believe they weren’t. Moreover, the fact that the jury faced various moments of intimidation during the trial including that of the defending lawyer who identified herself, even if spiritually, as a member of a domestic terrorist group who said she would remember faces should have been something that the judge jumped all over.
What effectively just happened here is that Antifa just had a confirmation that they could intimidate their way out of legal trouble and in the right courtroom setting, they could probably get away with murder. After all, Antifa is “just an idea” according to Joe Biden. They don’t have any official presence in the areas they operate in. It’s all just faceless goons operating under a banner with no official leadership or member roster. If their identities are kept under wraps and someone does kill somebody, Antifa can just wiggle their way out of it. Even if someone does end up in court, Antifa can proceed to terrify the jury as best they can.
Then another story caught my eye.
Former Minneapolis police officer Tou Thao was recently given four years and nine months of prison time. His crime? He was securing the scene during the George Floyd incident.
A Minneapolis judge has sentenced Tou Thao, a former police officer who held back bystanders as other officers pinned George Floyd to the ground, to four years and nine months in state prison. pic.twitter.com/TTDiSzv7Te

To be clear, Thao never touched Floyd. He was just nearby keeping the crowd back while Floyd was being handled by police. Again, it needs to be understood that the media and the politicians have all lied regarding Floyd’s death. Police did not sit on his neck, choking him until he died. He had a fatal dose of fentanyl in his system which was a major factor in his death. Had he not been higher than a kite upon his arrest, he may very well be among us today, holding up pregnant women at gunpoint to rob them.
So Thao is being sent to prison for years, his life completely ruined, all because he was nearby when Floyd died. Not because he abused or even touched Floyd, but because he was trying to secure a perimeter.
Moreover, the unbelievably smug way the judge spoke to Thao during his sentencing, making it seem like Thao was an unrepentant jerk, shows you just how tilted the court was against him.
We knew thanks to Trump’s legal troubles that we lived in a two-tier justice system, but we can easily see that justice isn’t blind, especially lately. All you need to do is be at the wrong place at the wrong time, and your life might be ruined by activists posing as judges, lawyers, or politicians.
They are ready and willing to weaponize the legal system against you for being politically inconvenient, troublesome, or even useful.
I sincerely hope that Ngo and Thao are given the justice they deserve in some way, shape, or form because what just happened to both of these men is inexcusable.
