The DNC doesn’t hide its contempt for the groups it has said contempt for and one of those for whom they have contempt, maybe even more so than Trump, is God.

A DNC moderator, AJ Durrani, decided to prove that contempt for God when he led the Muslim Delegates & Allies Assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. As you know, the pledge mentions God as being the one entity that the entire nation resides under, yet in Durrani’s version, God has nothing to do with the nation.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all,” Durrani said.

Before you think this is just one guy making a statement, keep in mind that no one gathered for this session put up a fight against God being kicked out of the pledge and these were high-profile people. DNC Chairman Tom Perez was in attendance as was Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and squad member Rashida Tlaib.

Keep in mind that this isn’t anything we should consider surprising. Many members of the DNC have been trying to kick God off of their platform for years. You’ll recall the DNC booed God back in 2012 when He was up for inclusion in the Democratic party platform. While the DNC ultimately included God, it wasn’t without some confusion. It seemed the delegates at that year’s convention were split down the middle and when God was included, the room erupted in “boos.”

Things haven’t changed much. In fact, they may have gotten worse with the exclusion of God in the pledge to our nation, which God had a large part in creating according to our founders.

God is a moral basis for our nation and the Democrats have become less and less moral as the decades drag on. Their rejection of God is a large piece of this. In the end, Republican vs. Democrat will become a fight of moral values vs. a new morality which is proving daily it isn’t a strong enough adhesive to hold a nation of this caliber together.

Republican vs. Democrat will become a fight of either keeping the United States a stable and prosperous country, or a crumbling and lawless one. The DNC tossing God out is another in a long line of steps to bring us to the latter.
