As promised, each (weekday) evening, I'll be providing a docket/recap with a rundown of substantive filings/developments that day in the numerous (now over 200) active cases involving executive actions taken by the Trump administration.
We are, of course, continuing to write on some of the more notable developments and cases in standalone articles. But the Evening Docket is aimed at providing just a brief overview of some of the day's filings and court rulings.
