One item that has consumed the press in the past few days has been the announced indictment of James Comey. The press is behaving as if this is an unforeseen event and a move we have never seen made by a president. This is only believable if you operate like history began this January.
The level of outrage, apart from their delusion, is also remarkable, where they try to sell us on the concept that somehow law enforcement is compromised and the DOJ has been altered due to a man being indicted who has not worked in government for eight years. It is all rather hysterical.
There are unsurprisingly fractured interpretations of the Dallas ICE sniper shooting, some bent approaches to a new January 6 committee being set up, and then we have to touch on late-night histrionics, of course. In a wonderfully revealing montage, we give you these free speech advocates all gathered to mock and laugh during the time Donald Trump saw his free expression cut off. Hypocrisy – it’s what’s for nighttime imbibing!
Now, crack one open and savor some outmoded media malpractice and misinformation.
