Someone tried to get the man behind the Harvard "doxxing truck" killed early Friday morning. According to reports, Adam Guillette's home was invaded by a SWAT team based on a false claim that he was holding a gun to his wife's head. 

Surveillance video showed officers entering a code into the front door and then rushing in with rifles at the ready. Guillette was not home and was later notified by police that the "search" had taken place. 

Accuracy in Media boss Adam Guillette was away from his North Florida home when he received a call from local authorities Friday notifying him that officers had searched his home around 1:30 a.m. after receiving a call falsely claiming that Guillette was at home and pointing a gun at his wife’s head.

Guillette, who was out of town with his wife to attend a wedding in Texas, told The Post that he believes someone lied to the cops “to get me killed” in response to Accuracy in Media’s recent campaign that saw box trucks outfitted with billboards exposing students and faculty allegedly involved in “horribly hateful, antisemitic proclamations” at Harvard, Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania. 

As RedState previously reported, the so-called "doxxing truck" has visited several Ivy League schools. On it have been the pictures and names of those who signed the now-infamous October 8th letter blaming Israel for the Hamas-led slaughter that had begun just a day earlier. According to the letter, "the apartheid regime is the only one to blame" for Hamas terrorists invading Israel and massacring 1,400 people while taking over 200 hostages. 

"SWATing," as it's called, is an attempt to get someone killed by having police enter a home in what immediately becomes a very volatile situation. Any unsuspecting person inside could end up dead for simply reacting the wrong way to the intrusion. 

What happened to Guillette certainly bolsters his case that antisemitism is a clear and present danger. In response to him simply publicizing the already public names of Hamas apologists (they chose to sign the letter), someone tried to get him killed. That is the dynamic that is at play. 

Whatever the penalty is for SWATing someone, it's not harsh enough. There also seems to be a continued lack of due diligence done by law enforcement who receive such calls. Entering the home of an unsuspecting person based on a single, unverified phone call is not only legally dubious but extremely dangerous. It only stops when prosecutors pursue such cases vehemently and institute harsh punishments. 

As to these major universities, they've already fallen. Nothing is going to change on their campuses because they are beholden to the far-left. Any normal person should simply refuse to give money to these institutions.
