Despicable Joint Statement From Harvard Palestinian Solidarity Student Groups Is Just What You'd Expect

In reaction to Israel's military response to the unprecedented brutal attack by Palestinian terrorist group Hamas on the Jewish state, Harvard students involved in several "Palestinian Solidarity" groups have released a predictable statement — "shockingly" placing complete blame on Israel.

Here's a delusional snippet, for starters:

We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence.

Newsflash for the "We, the undersigned student organizations":

Who you "hold entirely responsible" for anything makes zero difference and has even less impact on Israel's justified response to defend itself from— and exact justice for — unprovoked Palestinian atrocities.

Yael Bar Tur, former Director of Social Media for the NYPD, responded to the Harvard students' statement with spot-on precision — a stark reminder of the reality of anti-Semitic metastasis on many of America's university campuses.

This is the final crack in my broken heart — a joint statement from @Harvard students. I could be sitting in class with these students, watching children brutally murdered, raped, kidnapped and their mutated bodies torn apart by a jeering crowd — and hear why it’s justified.

Bar Tur was not only right; condemnation of Israel has reached a point on the left at which we'd be shocked if these racist hate groups didn't respond to Israel protecting itself in such a predictably disgusting fashion.

Here's the rest of the students' delusional statement:

Today's events did not occur in a vacuum. For the last two decades, millions of Palestinians have been forced to live in an open-air prison. Israeli officials promise to "open the gates of hell," and the massacres in Gaza have already commenced. Palestinians in Gaza have no shelters for refuge and nowhere to escape. In the coming days, Palestinians will be forced to bear the brunt of Israel's violence.

Stop the tape.

The worn-out "didn't occur in a vacuum" pretext used by the far-left to defend terrorists launching unprovoked attacks against Israel is little more than a cruel joke that suggests Hamas, Hezbollah, and other Israel-hating groups, intent on "restoring Palestine" by destroying Israel, have every right to do so.

The statement continues:

The apartheid regime is the only one to blame. Israeli violence has structured every aspect of Palestinian existence for 75 years. From systematic land seizures to routine airstrikes, arbitrary detentions to military checkpoints, and enforced family separations to targeted killings, Palestinians have been forced to live in a state of death, both slow and stubborn.

Four words: complete crock of crap.

As is the case with "Squad" members Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and other anti-Semites, the Harvard student organizations conveniently "forget" that those who indiscriminately attack Israel are "entirely responsible" for the justice and retribution meted against them.

Finally, this comical ending:

Today, the Palestinian ordeal enters into uncharted territory. The coming days will require a firm stand against colonial retaliation. We call on the Harvard community to stop the ongoing annihilation of Palestinians.

Setting aside the reality that the Harvard community can't stop squat, much less Israel's retaliatory smackdown, the reference to the Palestinian ordeal was laughable.

Again, delusional.

Incidentally, I missed the part where the university-bubble leftists condemned the brutal, ISIS-like attack in which more than 600 Israelis were killed, murdered, raped, and God knows what else. Moreover, there are reports that Americans are among those killed and held hostage.

Imagine that.
